Why interactive beats Excel for live planning
The Excel roadmap is great for archival and async editing. But in a live planning session, whether that's annual planning, sprint commit, or a quarterly reset, Excel is the wrong tool. People can't watch a roadmap re-render in real time. The conversation gets stuck waiting for someone to update the cells.
