Terms and refunds
These are the terms for buying and using DirectorPM templates, tools, and books. Short version: buy once, use it at work, don't resell it, and if it isn't right, get your money back within 30 days.
What you are buying
Every product is a one-time purchase with instant download. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Gumroad is the merchant of record: it takes payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and delivers the files.
How you can use it
- Use the templates on as many of your own programs as you like, at any employer.
- Edit them freely. Add your logo, change the headers, rebuild the sheets.
- Share filled-in reports and logs with your team and stakeholders. That is the point.
- Do not resell, redistribute, or publish the blank templates, cheat sheets, or book, on their own or inside another product.
Refunds
If a purchase does not work for you, email hello@directorpm.com within 30 days of buying and you will get a full refund through Gumroad. No questions asked.
The fine print
The templates are working tools, not professional advice. They are provided as is. We do our best to keep them accurate and useful, but we are not liable for decisions made with them. Prices can change; a change never affects a purchase already made.
