Why the interactive version is different
The Excel prioritization matrix is fine for solo work. But the moment you're running a workshop with 6 people scoring 20 items, Excel is the wrong tool. Cells get overwritten, scores get lost, the visual quadrant chart doesn't update fast enough to drive conversation.
This version is built for live facilitation. Drag an item; the quadrant updates instantly. The room sees the trade-off in real time. Score, sort, decide in a single 60-minute session, instead of a week of "I'll send my scores after the meeting."

How is this different from the Excel prioritization matrix?
Same 2x2 and the same scoring rubric, but it runs in the browser like an app: drag items between quadrants, score them live in the room, and export the result. The Excel version ($29) is better if your planning artifacts have to live in a shared drive.
Does it need an install or a login?
Neither. Single HTML file, opens in any modern browser, saves locally on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.
Can I use it live in a planning meeting?
That is the point of it. Add the candidate list before the meeting, score in the open while the room watches, and the quadrants update as you go. The argument happens in the room instead of in the comments.
