Why the interactive version is different

The Excel prioritization matrix is fine for solo work. But the moment you're running a workshop with 6 people scoring 20 items, Excel is the wrong tool. Cells get overwritten, scores get lost, the visual quadrant chart doesn't update fast enough to drive conversation.

This version is built for live facilitation. Drag an item; the quadrant updates instantly. The room sees the trade-off in real time. Score, sort, decide in a single 60-minute session, instead of a week of "I'll send my scores after the meeting."

"Prioritization should be a 60-minute decision, not a 6-week negotiation."

Same scoring logic as the Excel version. Different UX. Best paired with the Excel version for archival once the workshop is done.
