Is this for first-time PMs or experienced ones changing roles?
Both, but it is built for the experienced PM walking into a new program. The listening tour, the RACI pass, and the first status report are the same three moves whether it is your first role or your fifth. Experience changes how fast you run them, not whether you need them.
How is this different from the $99 full bundle?
